Hi! I'm Lindsay - As a former teacher and mother, my passion is working with kids. As a yoga teacher and health coach, my strength is the presence I bring to each and every shoot. I'll create space for you to show up as you are, however you are. 

 

After a storied journey to a successful pregnancy, my daughter was born mid-pandemic, shortly following a bold cross-country move away from my ‘village.’ Navigating the first year was a blur as I battled postpartum anxiety and depression, and rode the roller coaster of early parenthood. During this time, I met Stephanie. While I was excited for the pretty pictures, I found that the photoshoot and resulting images were so much more; they were a much needed reminder of all the good amidst the challenge. The experience was an opportunity to pause and celebrate the family that we waited so long and fought so hard for. The photos highlight all the love, joy, and light that can be so easily overshadowed by the constant workload and each of our unique challenges of motherhood. In a lighter season, although there is still mad chaos leading up to every shoot, I've come to look forward to each opportunity to dress up and cuddle in front of the camera (or sometimes bribe behind the scenes) knowing that even the imperfect photos are a perfect representation of this crazy journey we're on.
